Anthony Turgis (born 16 May 1994) is a French professionalracing cyclist, who currently rides forUCI ProTeamTeam TotalEnergies.[5] Professional since 2015, he won the ninth stage of the2024 Tour de France from a small bunch sprint.[6] Other professional wins of his include the2019 Grand Prix La Marseillaise, the 2015Boucles de la Mayenne, the 2016Classic Loire Atlantique and the 2019Paris–Chauny.[7] He also finished second in the2019 Dwars door Vlaanderen and2022 Milan–San Remo and has competed in eightGrand Tours.[8]
His brothersJimmy andTanguy also competed professionally in cycling. Both had to retire due to heart conditions.[9][10]
