Angern is a municipality in theBördedistrict inSaxony-Anhalt,Germany. On 1 January 2010 it absorbed the former municipalitiesBertingen,Mahlwinkel andWenddorf.[3] The municipality consists of theOrtsteile (municipal divisions) Angern, Bertingen, Mahlwinkel, Wenddorf and Zibberick.
