Andy Grimwood

British Anglican priest

Andrew Stuart Grimwood is an Anglican priest in theChurch in Wales.[1]

Grimwood was born in 1968; educated atExeter University[2] andSt Michael's College, Llandaff; andordained in 1999. His first job was withBritish Gas;[3] he was made deacon atPetertide 1998 (27 June), byRoy Davies,Bishop of Llandaff;[4] and ordained priest the following Petertide (27 June 1999), byMark Wood, formerBishop of Ludlow (the See of Llandaff being in vacancy) — both times atLlandaff Cathedral.[5] Grimwood began his ordained ministry as acurate inLlangynwyd, after which he wasPriest in charge atRhyl. He has also been theIncumbent atLlanllwchaiarn andBodelwyddan. He has beenArchdeacon of St Asaph[6] since his collation atSt Asaph Cathedral on 7 October 2018.[7]
