Between 1983 and 1984, approximately 200 people leftTSR as a result of multiple rounds of layoffs; because of this Andria Hayday joined CEOJohn Rickets, as well asMark Acres,Gaye Goldsberry O'Keefe,Gali Sanchez,Garry Spiegle,Carl Smith,Stephen D. Sullivan andMichael Williams in forming the game companyPacesetter on January 23, 1984.[1]: 197 

Hayday andBruce Nesmith designed theDragonStrike board game, which was published byTSR, Inc.[2] Hayday oversaw the artistic design ofJeff Grubb's 1992Arabic settingAl-Qadim.[1]: 26  HerD&D design work includesMonstrous Compendium Spelljammer Appendix (1990),Darklords (1991),Ravenloft Campaign Setting, 2nd Ed. (1994),Domains of Dread (1997).
