Andrew Thomas Mlugu (born 12 November 1995) is a Tanzanianjudoka. He competed at the2016 Summer Olympics in themen's 73 kg event, in which he was eliminated in the second round byJake Bensted.[1][2] He was the flag bearer for Tanzania in theParade of Nations.[3]
