Andrew John Bernard Rowe (11 September 1935 – 21 November 2008)[1] was a politician in theUnited Kingdom. He was born inLondon. He served asConservative Partymember of parliament forMid Kent from 1983 to 1997 and its successor constituencyFaversham and Mid Kent from 1997 until he stepped down in 2001. He was replaced byHugh Robertson.
He was educated atEton College andMerton College, Oxford (MA).[2] He was the father of actorNicholas Rowe.[3][4] He was also the founding Father of theUK Youth Parliament.[5]
