Andrej Mrkela (Serbian Cyrillic: Андреј Мркела; born 9 April 1992) is aSerbianfootballer.[1]
Mrkela signed a one-year loan deal (with an option to buy) with TurkishSüper Lig giantsEskişehirspor on 26 December 2012. He was accompanied by the signing ofGoran Čaušić on the same day.[2]
He is the son of former footballerMitar Mrkela and actress and politicianLidija Vukićević.[3] He was born inEnschede,Netherlands, where his father played forFC Twente at the time.
