Andrea Foglia Costa[a] (born December 4, 1985) is aUruguayan sportssailor.[1] At the2012 Summer Olympics, she competed in theWomen's Laser Radial class, finishing in 38th place.[2]
She won theWomen's World Championship in theSnipe class twice (2004 and 2006).
Her brother isAlejandro Foglia, anotherUruguayansailor.
