Aloo chokha,[1][2][3] oraloo bharta, is a dish made by mashing boiled soft potatoes and mixing choppedchilies, onion, salt and mustard oil. In the state ofBihar, it is served as one of the side dishes as part oflitti chokha.[2] It is usually eaten with khichadi in theeastern part of the Indian subcontinent.[4]
