TheAllotments Act 1950 (14 Geo. 6. c. 31) was anAct of Parliament[1] passed in theUnited Kingdom by the Labour government ofClement Attlee. It improved provisions for compensation and tenancy rights,[2] and abolished contract-restraints on keeping rabbits and hens on allotment gardens.[3]
