Zhang Xiaolong (simplified Chinese:张小龙;traditional Chinese:張小龍), also known asAllen Zhang, is a Chinese computer programmer and technology executive. He is known for leading the developments ofWeChat andFoxmail.[1][2] He is a senior executive vice president and president of Weixin Group atTencent Holdings Limited.[3] Zhang received B.S. and M.S degrees in telecommunication engineering fromHuazhong University of Science and Technology in 1991 and 1994, respectively.[citation needed]
