Allansford is a town in theWestern District ofVictoria, Australia. It is in theCity of Warrnamboollocal government area. TheHopkins River flows through the town.
Warrnambool Cheese and Butter is based in Allansford.
The Post Office opened on 1 January 1860[2]
Therailway through the town was opened in 1890,[3] and the town was once served by alocal railway station.
