Allan Dempsie (born 5 November 1982) is a Scottish retiredfootballer. He played most recently forAlbion Rovers.
Dempsie began his career atHibernian, but made only five league appearances before beingreleased in 2003. He moved down the divisions to sign forElgin City, where he played for four seasons before joiningAyr United in 2008.[2] Dempsie then returned to Elgin City for a second stint.
He moved toAlbion Rovers in summer 2011, ahead of the 2011/12 season, but left Rovers after just three games.[3]
Dempsie now works in banking, and also in sports consultancy where he uses the knowledge gained from 13 years of professional football.
