It was held on March 1, 2023 atKorakuen Hall inBunkyo,Tokyo, Japan. The event, which was produced byNJPW wrestlerHiromu Takahashi, featured the participation ofjunior heavyweight wrestlers from over 20 differentpromotions from around the world.

In the main event, NJPW'sMaster Wato defeatedAll Japan Pro Wrestling'sAtsuki Aoyagi. In other prominent matches,Taiji Ishimori defeatedSoberano Jr.,Shun Skywalker,Ninja Mack, andYo-Hey in afive-way match andHiromu Takahashi teamed withFujita "Jr." Hayato andAmakusa to defeatHayata,Yamato, andKazuki Hashimoto.

On January 23, 2023,New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) officially announced the All Star Junior Festival.[3][4] The event is produced by NJPW'sHiromu Takahashi and featuresjunior heavyweight wrestlers from over 20 differentJapanese and internationalpromotions.[3][5]
