Alexandra Lukin was born in Wellington and raised inHamilton, New Zealand.[3][2]
Alexandra Lukin made her debut for theNew Zealand U-21 team in 2019 during a test series againstAustralia inHastings.[4]
Lukin made her debut for theBlack Sticks in 2022 during theTrans–Tasman Hockey Series inAuckland.[4] Later that year she was named in the national squad for both theFIH World Cup inTerrassa andAmsterdam, as well as theXXII Commonwealth Games inBirmingham.[5][6]
