Alexander Ogando Bautista (born 3 May 2000)[1] is asprinter from theDominican Republic. He finished fifth in the200 metres at the2022 World Athletics Championships. Ogando won three major medals as part of Dominican mixed4 × 400 metres relays, including silver at the2020 Tokyo Olympics and gold at the 2022 World Championships.[2][3]
He claimed gold medals in the 200 m at the2021 NACAC Under-23 Championships and2022 Ibero-American Championships.[4]
