Alessio De Petrillo (born 21 November 1967) is an Italianfootballcoach and a former player. He was most recently an assistant coach of thePoland national team.
Won ofLino De Petrillo,Pisa player and captain for long, he started playing in thenerazzurri youth team.[2]
He played in1986-87 forEmpoli, never debuting inSerie A;[3] he later spent his career inSerie C with several teams.
As a coach, he got his first experience inSerie D withCascina. He even managedSansovino andGubbio inSerie C2 andMonza inLega Pro Prima Divisione (2010-11).[4]
He has been the coach ofAlessandria inLega Pro Seconda Divisione until September 28, 2011.[5] In October 2018, he became the manager ofPrato for the second time.[6] He left Prato at the end of the 2018–19 season as the team finished in 9th place and failed to return toSerie C. In January 2021, he joinedLegia Warsaw as an assistant coach underCzesław Michniewicz.[7] De Petrillo later joined his staff at thePoland national team on 31 May 2022.[8]
