Alexander Vladimirovich Shcherbakov (Russian:Александр Владимирович Щербаков; born 12 March 1965) is a Russian politician. He has representedVladivostok constituency in theState Duma since2021.[1]
He was sanctioned by theUK government in 2022 in relation to theRusso-Ukrainian War.[2]
