Alan Winterbourne (born 1947), is a male former weightlifter who competed for Great Britain and England.
Winterbourne represented Great Britain in the1976 Summer Olympics and the1980 Summer Olympics.[1]
He representedEngland in the 60 kg featherweight division, at the1974 British Commonwealth Games inChristchurch,New Zealand.[2][3] Four years later he representedEngland in the 67.5 kg lightweight division, at the1978 Commonwealth Games inEdmonton,Alberta,Canada.[4] He made a third and final appearance forEngland at the1982 Commonwealth Games inBrisbane,Queensland,Australia, once again in the 67.5 kg lightweight division.[5][6]
