Alan Docking Racing (ADR) is amotor racing team based inSilverstone, United Kingdom. The team was formed in 1975 by AustralianAlan Docking.

The team competed in theBritish Formula 3 series throughout most of its existence; however, it has also graduated toA1 Grand Prix andSuperleague Formula and has also competed insports andsaloon cars at a national and international level. The team ran also asAlan Docking Racing Finland. Currently, the team runs in theFIA World Endurance Championship asDelta-ADR, in a joint venture with engineering companyDelta Motorsport (with one car branded asG-Drive Racing).

History

With team creation, ADR ran inBritish F3 winning in a row the 1976 and 1977 championships withRupert Keegan andStephen South. In 1978, it compete in theEuropean Formula Two Championship with drivers includingStefan Johansson.

ADR join theBritish Formula Ford Championship in 1987 and 1988 withMazda. Returned inBritish F3 since 1989, the team has raced with notable drivers includingMika Salo,Hideki Noda,Ricardo Rosset,Mark Webber andMarcos Ambrose.

In2002 ADR won their third British F3 title withRobbie Kerr.

In2005–06, ADR collaborate withA1 Team Australia in the newA1 Grand Prix championship.
