Al-Mughayr (Arabic:المغير) is aSyrian village located in theKarnaz Subdistrict of theMahardah District inHama Governorate. According to theSyria Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), al-Mughayr had a population of 1,491 in the 2004 census.[1] Its inhabitants are predominantlySunni Muslims.[2]
