Maltout (Arabic:الملتوت) is a traditionalPalestinian flatbread flavored witholive oil. Commonly associated with rural Palestinian cuisine, it is especially popular during theolive harvest season and is typically served warm for breakfast alongside za'atar, tea, or yogurt.^[1][2][3][4] It is traditionally prepared in ataboon oven.^[5]
