Al-Bayyadiyah (Arabic:البياضية, also spelledBeyadiyeh) is a village in northernSyria, administratively part of theHama Governorate, located southwest ofHama. Nearby localities includeal-Bayda and district centerMasyaf to the northwest,Ayn Halaqim to the southwest,Baarin andNisaf to the south,Aqrab to the southeast andal-Muah to the east. According to theSyria Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), al-Bayyadiyah had a population of 2,701 in the 2004 census.[1] Its inhabitants are predominantlyAlawites andChristians.[2]
