Adriano Gerlin da Silva (born September 20, 1974), or simplyAdriano, is a Brazilian former professionalfootballer who played as anattacking midfielder.
He was the top scorer at the1991 FIFA U-17 World Championship, and won the Golden Ball at the1993 FIFA World Youth Championship.
He was signed byPogoń Szczecin on 2 March 2005, and returned to Brazil to joinBragantino on 11 January 2006.
On 20 July 2006, he left for Colombian clubAtlético Nacional.
On 13 February 2007, he signed a four-month contract withCA Juventus ofCampeonato Paulista/Série C.
