Abu Hurraira Dhanani is an international[1]jiu-jitsuathlete from Pakistan. Abu participated in theWorld Games,World Championship,Asian Beach Games, andAsian Indoor Martial Art Games,[2] and won theSilver medal in theJu-jitsu World Championship 2015.[3]

Abu has won threeAsiangold medals for Pakistan in theAsian Championship 2010,[4]Asian Championship 2010, &Asian Beach Games 2014, respectively.[citation needed]

As of October 2022, Abu Hurraira Dhanani held fourgold medals, sixsilver medals, and threeBronze medals[5] in international events which is a result of an undying drive and evidence of his strength of character.[according to whom?]

In September 2021, Abu won 2 bronze medals in the5th Asian Championship .[6]

Abu started playingJiu-Jitsu,[7] and earned his laurels, from PakistanJiu-Jitsu since 2004.[citation needed] Abu has remained unbeaten in jiu jitsu in Pakistan since 2010. He is also the only athlete who represented Pakistan in theWorld Games 2017.[8]

Abu Hurraira Dhanani also gives free training in self-defense to orphans and females and spreads awareness of self-defense and harassment.[9]
