Abraham Cohen Pimentel (died March 21, 1697) was arabbi ofAmsterdam. He was a student ofSaul Levi Morteira, and he also served ashakham of the synagogue inHamburg[1] and was initially a signator to a letter of approbation forSabbatai Zevi.[2] He was the author of theMinchat Kohen, published in 1668.
