Abdullah Al-Deayea (Arabic:عبدالله الدعيع, born 1 December 1961) is a retiredSaudi Arabian professionalfootballgoalkeeper who played forAl-Tai andAl-Hilal.[1][2] He is the elder brother of the former goalkeeperMohamed Al-Deayea and the father of Saudi footballersBader Al-Deayea andSultan Al-Deayea.[3] Mohamed started off as ahandball player and came to football at the age of 15 as astriker, following the advice of Abdullah.[4]
