Kvartal 95 (Ukrainian:95 квартал) is a residential neighborhood in the central part ofKryvyi Rih,Ukraine. Its name literally means "Quarter", the way the city was divided during the post-war (World War II) Soviet period.
Later, after thedissolution of the Soviet Union, the neighborhood became famous in connection withVolodymyr Zelenskyi and his stage productionKvartal 95 Studio which was named after it. With Zelenskyi becoming thePresident of Ukraine, the Kvartal 95 fame spread outside of Ukraine.
