5-HO-DiPT, also known as5-hydroxy-N,N-di-iso-propyltryptamine, is atryptamine derivative which acts as aserotonin receptor agonist. It is primarily known as ametabolite of the better known psychoactive drug5-MeO-DiPT,[1] but 5-HO-DiPT has also rarely been encountered as adesigner drug in its own right.[2] Testsin vitro show 5-HO-DiPT to have high serotonin5-HT2A receptoraffinity and goodselectivity over the serotonin5-HT1A receptor,[3] while being morelipophilic than the related drugbufotenine (5-HO-DMT), which produces primarily peripheral effects.
