4-HO-EiBT, also known as4-hydroxy-N-ethyl-N-isobutyltryptamine or aseibucin, is asubstituted tryptaminederivative which acts as aserotonin5-HT2A receptoragonist, with anEC50Tooltip half-maximal effective concentration of 27.7 nM and anefficacy of 97.5%.[1]
