The2026 Georgia lieutenant gubernatorial election will take place on November 3, 2026, to elect thelieutenant governor of Georgia. On July 8, 2025, incumbentRepublicanBurt Jones announced that he would run for governor in 2026, opting against seeking reelection as lieutenant governor.[1]
