The2025 St. Louis mayoral election was held on April 8, 2025, to elect themayor ofSt. Louis,Missouri. The non-partisan election usedapproval voting, with the top-two candidates in the March 4 primary advancing to the April general election. In a rematch of the2021 election, first-term incumbent mayorTishaura Jones was defeated by alderwomanCara Spencer by a wide margin.
