The2025 Lone Star Le Mans was anendurancesportscar racing event, held between 5 and 7 September 2025 atCircuit of the Americas inAustin, Texas. It was the sixth of eight rounds of the2025 FIA World Endurance Championship and the eighth running of theevent.
The provisional entry list was published on 22 August 2025 and consists of 36 entries across 2 categories – 18 in both Hypercar and LMGT3.[1] In the Hypercar category,Sébastien Buemi,Robin Frijns,Jean-Eric Vergne andStoffel Vandoorne return to their respective lineups after missing theprevious round due to theBerlin ePrix.[2]Matt Campbell andMathieu Jaminet are added back thePenske Hypercar entries.[3] In the LMGT3 category,Timur Boguslavskiy and Derek DeBoer return to the No. 31Team WRT BMW and the No. 10Racing Spirit of Léman Aston Martin respectively.[2]Ben Barnicoat comes back to the No. 78Akkodis ASP Team Lexus, after missing multiple rounds due to an injury and clashes with theIMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship commitments.[4]Mike Conway suffered a training injury and was replaced byJosé María López with López's replacement later confirmed to beJack Hawksworth in the No. 87 Akkodis Lexus.[5][6]
