The bottom-placed teams from the2024 season (Dnepr Mogilev andShakhtyor Soligorsk) were relegated to theFirst League. They were replaced byMolodechno andMaxline Vitebsk, champions and runners-up of the2024 Belarusian First League respectively.

14th-placed team of the last season (Naftan Novopolotsk) defended their spot in Premier League by defeatingNiva Dolbizno in relegation/promotion playoffs.

The fourteenth-placed team (TBD) faced the fourth-placed team of the2025 Belarusian First League (Belshina Bobruisk) in a two-legged play-off for the final place in the2026 Belarusian Premier League.Belshina Bobruisk would be in play-off instead of third-placed teamLokomotiv Gomel, sinceLokomotiv Gomel cannot promote toBelarusian Premier League.[2]
