The2025–26 Vietnamese National Cup (Vietnamese:Giải bóng đá Cúp Quốc gia 2025/26), also known asLPBank Securities - National Cup 2025–26 (Vietnamese:Giải bóng đá Cúp Quốc gia Chứng Khoán LPBank 2025/26) for sponsorship reasons, is the 34th edition of theVietnamese National Football Cup, the premier knockout competition inVietnamese football. A total of 25 clubs compete in this edition, including 11 teams from the second tier. of theVietnamese football league system. The competition began on 13 September 2025 with the qualifying round matches, and will conclude on 28 June 2026 with the final.[1]
V.League 1 teamCong An Hanoi were the defending champions after winning their first title in theprevious edition[2][3], but they were eliminated byThe Cong-Viettel by 3–4 inpenalty shoot-out after 2–2 draw.[4]
The winner of the Vietnamese Cup earns automatic qualification for the group stage of the2026–27 editions of theASEAN Club Championship. If they have already qualified for theAFC Champions League Two through position in V.League 1, then the spot will go to the team in third. The winners will also host the2026 edition of theVietnamese Super Cup at the start of the next season, and will face the champions of the2025–26 V.League 1.
The Vietnamese Cup is aknockout competition with 26 teams taking part from the first round proper, and all trying to reach the final on 28 June 2026. The tournament consists of 14 teams fromV.League 1 and 12 teams fromV.League 2 to compete.[5][1] Being a reserves team, V.League 2 sidePVF-CAND B are ineligible to enter the competition.
Before the start of the tournament,Hoa Binh withdrew from the Vietnamese professional football system, thus reducing the number of participating teams to 25.[6]

The draw took place alongside theround of 16 and theV.League 2 fixtures draw on 11 August 2025.[8][9] The matches were played between 12 and 14 September 2025.[10][11]
