The2025–26 Rutgers Scarlet Knights women's basketball team representedRutgers University during the2025–26college basketball season. The Scarlet Knights are led by fourth-year head coachCoquese Washington, and played their games at theJersey Mike's Arena inPiscataway, New Jersey as members of theBig Ten Conference.
TheScarlet Knights finished the2024–25 season 11–19, 3–15 in Big Ten play to finish in a tie for 15th place. As the No. 15 seed in theBig Ten tournament, they lost toNebraska in the first round. They received an at-large bid to theWNIT where they received a first round bye, defeatedArmy in the second round andCharleston in the Super 16 before losingBuffalo in the Great 8.
