The2025–26 season is the 146th season of competitivefootball byRangers and their tenth-consecutive season in theScottish Premiership, the top tier of Scottish professional football. They will also participate in two cup competitions – the Scottish Cup and the Scottish League Cup – and competed in the qualifying rounds of theUEFA Champions League, dropping into theUEFA Europa League league phase.

It wasRussell Martin's first season as head coach, having been appointed on 5 June.[1] However, only four months into the role, he was sacked on 5 October after a 1–1 draw withFalkirk which left the club in 8th position after just one win in 7 league games.
