Ming Chuan University, finishing 7th in2023 TPBL season, was required to play in the promotion/relegation playoffs.Land Home NTUS finished 2nd in2023 second division and was expected to play in the playoffs. However,Inter Taoyuan, finishing 3rd in 2023 second division took over the opportunity due to the Land Home NTUS failed to qualify theCTFA club licensing, which is required for playing in theTaiwan Football Premier League.[1]
