The2024–25 Primera Federación, also known asPrimera Federación Versus e-Learning due to sponsorship reasons,[1] is the fourth for thePrimera Federación, the third-highest level in theSpanish football league system. Forty teams will participate, divided into two groups of twenty clubs each based on geographical proximity. In each group, the champions are automatically promoted toSegunda División and the second to fifth placers will play promotion play-offs and the bottom five are relegated to theSegunda Federación.

Overview before the season

A total of 40 teams joined the league, including four relegated from the2023–24 Segunda División, 26 retained from the2023–24 Primera Federación, and ten promoted from the2023–24 Segunda Federación.[2] The groups were defined by theRFEF on 2 July 2024.[3]
