AsBuriram United won both competitions in 2022–23, their opponents were the2022–23 Thai League 1 runners-up,Bangkok United.[2] It was sponsored byDaikin,[3] and known as theDaikin Thailand Champions Cup (Thai:ไดกิ้น ไทยแลนด์แชมเปียนส์คัพ) for sponsorship purposes. The match was played on 5 August 2023 at theRajamangala National Stadium inBang Kapi,Bangkok.[4] It has live broadcast onPPTV HD[5] andAIS Play.[6]
