The2023 O'Reilly Auto Parts 150 at Mid-Ohio was the 14thstock car race of the2023 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, and the final iteration of theevent. The race was held on Saturday, July 8, 2023, inLexington, Ohio atMid-Ohio Sports Car Course, a 2.400 miles (3.862 km) permanent road course. The race took the scheduled 67 laps to complete.Corey Heim, driving forTricon Garage, would start on the pole and dominate the majority of the race, leading a race-high 30 laps, and earning his fourth careerNASCAR Craftsman Truck Series win, and his second of the season. To fill out the podium,Zane Smith, driving forFront Row Motorsports, andChristian Eckes, driving forMcAnally-Hilgemann Racing, would finish 2nd and 3rd, respectively.

Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course is a road courseauto racing facility located inTroy Township, Morrow County, Ohio, United States, just outside the village ofLexington. Mid-Ohio has also colloquially become a term for the entire north-central region of the state, from south ofSandusky to the north ofColumbus. It hosts a number of racing series such asIndyCar,IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar Championship, and theNASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, along with other club events such hasSCCA andNational Auto Sport Association.
