The2023 Fanatec GT World Challenge America Powered byAWS was the seventeenth season of theUnited States Auto Club'sGT World Challenge America, and the sixth under ownership ofSRO Motorsports Group.
The season began atSonoma on March 30, and ended atIndianapolis on October 8.
Eric Filgueiras andStevan McAleer won the Pro class championship for Rennsport One (RS1) in the newPorsche 911 GT3 R, one year after they won the 2022 GT4 America Series Silver class title.George Kurtz andColin Braun won the Pro-Am championship forCrowdStrikeby Riley.
The preliminary calendar was released on July 29, 2022, featuring 14 races across seven rounds.[1] In September, an updated schedule was released, postponing the event atCircuit of the Americas by two weeks and bringing theRoad America round forward one week.[2] An additional change was announced on October 17, moving the NOLA round from February 24–26 to April 28–30 to alleviate a clash with theKyalami 9 Hours, as well as allowing the 2023BoP test to be completed before the start of the season.[3]

Championship points are awarded for the first ten positions in each race. Entries are required to complete 75% of the winning car's race distance in order to be classified and earn points. Individual drivers are required to participate for a minimum of 40 minutes in order to earn championship points in any race. Race-by-race entries which only participated in either of the final two races of the season are not eligible for points.
