The2023–24 Midland Football League season was the tenth in the history of theMidland Football League, afootball competition inEngland. The Midland League operates two divisions in theEnglish football league system, the Premier Division at Step 5 and Division One at Step 6; these two divisions are covered by this article.

The allocations for Steps 3 to 6 for this season were announced byThe Football Association on 15 May 2023,[2] and were subject to appeals. Starting this season, the Premier Division in the league promotes two clubs; one as champions and one via a four-team play-off. This replaced the previous inter-step play-off system. Solely for this season, there was only one club relegated from the Step 5 division.[3]
