The2023–24 season was the 138th season in the history ofLuton Town and their first ever season in thePremier League.[1] It was the club's first return to the top flight of English football since the1991–92 season.[1] In addition to thedomestic league, the club also participated in theFA Cup and theEFL Cup.
Luton were relegated from the Premier League on the final day of the season following a 4–2 home loss toFulham, combined with results elsewhere.[2]

On 16 December 2023, during the match away againstBournemouth, Luton defenderTom Lockyer collapsed due to a cardiac arrest in the 59th minute of the match resulting in the match being abandoned in the 65th minute.[74]On 20 December 2023, the Premier League ruled the match would be replayed in full at a later date.[75] On 7 February 2024, it was announced that the rearranged fixture would take place on 13 March 2024.[76]
