The 106th edition of theTour of Flandersone-day cycling classic took place on 3 April 2022, as the 12th event of the2022 UCI World Tour. The race began inAntwerp and covered 272.5 kilometres (169.3 mi) on the way to the finish inOudenaarde.[1]

Seventeen of the eighteenUCI WorldTeams and sevenUCI ProTeams participated in the race, of which onlyTeam DSM, with six riders, did not enter the maximum of seven riders. From the field of 167 riders, there were 103 finishers.[2]
