Ageneral election was scheduled in theU.S. state ofIdaho on November 8, 2022. All of Idaho's executive officers were up for election as well as both of Idaho's two seats in theUnited States House of Representatives and oneUnited States Senate seat.[2][3]Primary elections elections were held on May 17, 2022.

One of the twoUnited States Senators representing Idaho was up for election. IncumbentRepublicanMike Crapo was re-elected to a fifth term with 60.68% of the votes.

Idaho had two representatives in theUnited States House of Representatives who were up for election. Both the incumbent Republican congressmen were re-elected.

Former State Board of Education president andCassia County School Board memberDebbie Critchfield won the Republican primary, finishing ahead of former state legislatorBranden Durst while Ybarra slumped to third place.[10]

Critchfield would go on to win the general election with nearly 70% of the votes.[11]

Two justices on theIdaho Supreme Court ran for election.

JusticeColleen Zahn was appointed by GovernorBrad Little in 2021 to succeedRoger Burdick, whileRobyn Brody was elected to the seat vacated byJim Jones in 2016.[19][20] Both of them ran unopposed and secured another term.[21]

The Idaho Advisory Question, if approved, would advise theLegislature on a bill to enact a flat income and corporate tax structure, send tax rebates to qualifying taxpayers, and dedicate an annual $400 million to the state's education.[24]

Constitutional Amendment SJR 102 (2022)
