The2022 Astana Open was a professional men'stennis tournament to be held on indoorhard courts. It was the third edition of theAstana Open and part of theATP Tour 500 Series of the2022 ATP Tour.
The event was held on a third consecutive year in the alternative sporting calendar, but it was upgraded to the ATP 500 level following the cancellation of tournaments in China in 2022 because of the ongoingCOVID-19 pandemic.[1] The tournament took place inAstana,Kazakhstan, from 3–9 October.[2] The women's event was discontinued this year.
