The2021–22 West Bank Premier League was the 19th season of the West Bank Premier League, one of the two top Palestinian professional leagues forassociation football clubs, since its establishment in 1944. The season started on 14 September 2021 and is concluded on 19 April 2022.

Shabab Al-Khalil are the defending champions, having won their 6th league title in the previous season.
