The2021–22 Grambling State Tigers men's basketball team representedGrambling State University in the2021–22 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Tigers, led by fifth-year head coachDonte Jackson, played their home games at theFredrick C. Hobdy Assembly Center inGrambling, Louisiana as members of theSouthwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC).

The Tigers finished the season 12–20, 9–9 in SWAC play, to finish in a tie for sixth place.[1] In theSWAC tournament, they defeatedSouthern in the quarterfinals[2] before losing to second-seededTexas Southern in the semifinals.[3]

TheTigers finished the2020–21 season 11–11, 9–6 in SWAC play, to finish in fourth place.[4] In theSWAC tournament, they defeatedSouthern in the quarterfinals,[5] before falling to top-seededPrairie View A&M in the semifinals.[6]
