The 2019–20 season was the fourth inLeague One, the third tier of theEnglish football league system, forAFC Wimbledon since their promotion in 2016 fromLeague Two. Along with competing in League One, theKingston upon Thames-based club participated in three cup competitions, theFA Cup,EFL Cup andEFL Trophy, failing to progress past the first stage of any of them.
